About Mobility Minded Yoga

Hello and welcome to my site!

My name is Bonnie Saunders, and  I am hoping you find this site because you have curiosity about yoga and its benefits or you already know the healing benefits of yoga! About 8 years ago I walked into my first yoga class and immediately felt the difference in the way my body felt the next day. I continued to go regularly and after over 100s hours of practicing and attending workshops, I pursued my 200-hour yoga teaching certification at my home studio Purple Yoga. Prior to the certification, I was already teaching those whom I came into contact with that were feeling stiffness or body aches to help them ease their aches and pains.

I am passionate about bringing the healing benefits of yoga to individuals of all shapes, sizes, and fitness levels. I have seen and felt firsthand how it restores the body, mind, and soul.

I believe we have the ability to make positive changes in our life starting with small actions. Yoga gives us the ability to find balance, harness strength, increase our flexibility, and can even help us to keep our hearts open.

I want to start sharing my love of yoga and desire to teach more consistently by opening up my garage to a limited number of students weekly. Here I will teach Vinyasa flow and we will empower each other to move and grow.  In my classes, you’ll find a supportive space to explore your mind and body, start or deepen your practice and have some fun!
